Who can refer?
Anyone. Referrals may come from family members, friends, neighbors, social workers, community organizations, physicians, or caregivers.
Who can be referred?
Any individual who has not previously used Incare’s services. This includes both new clients and those who may have been introduced to Incare in the past but never received services.
