My father came home from rehab after a bad fall.  We determined he needed help for the first time of his life.  He didn’t want anyone in his house or to take care of him.  Not only did Incare select the right caregiver they worked closely with the caregiver and communicated with me every day until he was settled in. I can always get in touch with our care coordinator whenever there are any changes which gives me great comfort. Incare is very professional and empathetic and I have recommended them to others.

In our role as a Geriatric Care Manager we work closely with home health aides and their agencies.  Any time I make a recommendation of a home health care agency it is based on the quality of the caregivers, ease of communication and ability to work with any challenges.  I consistently recommend Natalie and her Incare team because I know my clients will get the care they need and they are always on top of everything as care needs can change on a daily basis.

As my husband needed more and more care the costs were eroding our savings.  Therefore,  we decided to apply for in home Medicaid.   We had been using an agency and paying directly.  Unfortunately, we found out the home care agency we were working with didn’t accept Medicaid.  They referred us to Incare which does handle private pay and Medicaid clients.  In the beginning we paid privately until we received Medicaid coverage.  Incare was invaluable to help us navigate the process of getting approved for and setting up care.  I had no idea how hard and time consuming this whole process was. Incare was there to help us find an MLTC, schedule assessments and secure hours.  I don’t know how I could have dealt with this without their support.
